Cancellation Policy

DISCLAIMER I understand this is a Dog park and that there are risks and responsibilities with using this space. * I understand that as the person named on the booking are responsible for the dog(s) under my care and their actions. I understand that if other parties join me, such as family, friends and children, I am fully responsible of their welbeing, and they are made aware of the rules and risks of entering the dog park. * All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and must NOT play on any any equipment. * I must clean up after my dog. * I understand the dog park is maintained as best as possible, but there are still risks of accidents, such as: slips, trips,and falls. I am aware the ground is uneven in places and will bear this in mind whilst walking around the site. Being next to a Golf course can also mean the occasional golf ball falls into the dog park. * I accept full liability should any accident or injury occur.
